The hotel is strategically located in a very accessible spot with many tourist attractions nearby. The room was very spacious and well-furnished. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
The security personnel had an inappropriate attitude towards the guests. The front desk personnel were friendly, but not adequately trained to cater to client's needs.

The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any requests I had. the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants.
There were some aspects that left a sour taste in my mouth. the attitude of the so-called security personnel made me uncomfortable.
